Missoula Children's Theater Jack and the Beanstalk Musical

This past week I had a chance to play at our local McConnell Air Force Base for Missoula Children's Theater, accompanying the musical Jack and the Beanstalk. The main fairy tale of Jack and the Beanstalk is similar to what we've learned, yet it includes a Circus Theme. The narrator is referred to as P. T. Wonder (based on the life of P. T. Barum), where Wonder takes us on a journey in Jack's life. Check out YouTube for the musicals and you'll go on a journey of discovery and friendship. The best part of the story is the Giant isn't cruel and mean, yet a lonely, misunderstood character who desires to have friends. When the Giant finds friends who love the tall Gaint, the character develops the best self-confidence.

Here are pics from the Musical, where every kid learned their lines, choreography, staging, and cooperation in one week. I'm so proud of their hard work, and being able to work with the Missoula Children's Theater two incredible directors. The Directors were easy to work with and were thankful that I had "practiced" for the show. That made their day. Thanks, McConnell and Missoula for allowing me the chance to serve.

The entire cast.

Main Characters: Jack, Mom, Giant, Jill (from Jack and Jill) and Cow.

I'm so blessed to serve.

What is something you are doing to help music theater? I would like to know. Thanks for your support. Blessings.
